At Strategic Sales Support, we work with a limited number of clients each year to deliver high-impact commercial guidance, sales leadership, and operational sales support. We’re not here to do the work for your team we guide, sharpen, and hold them accountable with structure, strategy, and confidence. We are here to build on leaderships goals for growth.

Annual Pre-Paid Membership

Why the Pre-Paid Model?

Our annual commitment lets both parties know we’re locked in. It gives your team priority access and ensures we’re aligned on cadence, outcomes, and value. It also protects the time needed to deliver properly. We don’t take on more than we can service and we don’t do ‘quick chats.’

  • Inclusions: 5-day sales review and strategy presentation to leadership, followed by 25 days of on-demand support across the year
    (Includes over 2 days per month, with 7 days of dedicated support in the first month)
  • Purpose: Secures your engagement with Strategic Sales Support for the year and allows us to plan our limited client load

  • Applies To: All clients, regardless of additional packages

This base membership gives you direct access to strategic advice, sales structure reviews, call support, bid reviews, CRM recommendations, pipeline feedback, and more, applied flexibly across the year.


 

Add-On Packages

These packages are add-ons to the annual pre-paid membership and are considered after the initial 5-day sales review. Following the review, we will meet with leadership to discuss the current state of the sales function, identify priorities, and agree on the areas to address first. We will then allocate time and focus to the packages that best align with your business needs, goals, and budget — ensuring we fill the gaps without adding unnecessary overhead.

📊Sales Team Optimisation & Support Overhaul


This add-on provides ongoing, hands-on guidance to strengthen your sales team’s performance and efficiency. It is charged at a flat monthly rate on top of the annual prepaid membership and is tailored to your team size and time required.
