— AI Tender Support · Command Centre

How Strategic Sales Support wins bids for you.

A guided walkthrough of Command Centre — the platform we use to write, structure and deliver your tender responses end-to-end.

— What it is, in one sentence

Command Centre is the AI-assisted bid workspace Strategic Sales Support uses on your behalf, it turns your tender documents into a fully branded, evidence-grounded, compliance-ready submission pack, classified to your sector and locked to your identity.

— How it works

Eight steps, every bid. No exceptions.

Each step has explicit inputs, outputs and gates. The same discipline runs every time, no improvising, no surprises at submission.

1

We build your secure client profile.

Before a single tender is touched, we set you up as a dedicated client profile inside the platform. This is your isolated workspace, your brand, knowledge, past performance and policies all live behind their own boundary.

  • ·We pull from your website and LinkedIn to pre-fill the profile (capability, background, team, technical details).
  • ·You confirm the details, we edit until it accurately reflects your business.
  • ·Your logo, brand colours, fonts and tagline are saved once and used on every document we produce for you.
  • ·Capability statements, ISO certifications, org charts, case studies, anything you provide is added to your private library.

You only have to brief us once. Every subsequent bid draws from this profile automatically.

2

We classify your domain and lock it.

Different sectors are governed by different rules. We classify your profile into one of three domains and lock it:

Domain 01

Defence

ASDEFCON, ITAR, DFARS, AIC, security clearance contexts.

Domain 02

Aid & Development

UN, World Bank, USAID, FCDO, DFAT, EU donor work.

Domain 03

Commercial

Private sector, infrastructure, utilities, resources, mining, construction, logistics, professional services, state and local government, SOEs, panels and tenders across any non-defence and non-donor market.

Once locked, the platform physically cannot pull defence templates into an aid bid (or vice versa). Different sectors stay isolated by design.

3

You send us the tender.

When you have a tender to bid on, you send us the RFP, any addenda, attachments and templates. We upload them under your profile.

  • ·Every uploaded file is virus-scanned (custom scanner + ClamAV) before it reaches storage.
  • ·The platform classifies the tender's domain against your profile, if they don't match, the system refuses the upload and we discuss whether the tender is actually for you.
  • ·We extract every requirement, every evaluation criterion and every clause.
4

The platform drafts your response.

Our drafter, driven by Anthropic's Claude, works section by section against the tender's evaluation framework:

  • ·It reads your profile, your library, your past performance and the tender's requirements.
  • ·It writes structured responses against every evaluation criterion.
  • ·It cites the supporting evidence from your library.
  • ·It uses your tone, your language and your win themes.
  • ·When it doesn't have a specific number or fact, it inserts a placeholder. It never invents.
5

Quality, compliance and review gates.

Before any draft reaches you, it passes through automated gates:

Quality engine

10 weighted checks for clarity, structure, evidence and evaluation alignment.

Eval scoring

Scored 0–10 against the tender's actual scoring criteria.

Consistency check

Cross-section pass to catch contradictions, gaps and tone mismatches.

Compliance matrix

Automatic Excel tracker mapping every "shall/must" requirement to your response.

Brand integrity guard

Every generated document is checked for correct logo, colours and fonts before release.

If any gate fails, the document is sent back for revision before you ever see it.

6

Internal reviewers add the senior layer.

Specialist reviewer agents apply expert framing to the right sections:

HSEQ Manager

Safety · Environment · Quality

Compliance Manager

Legal · Mandatory · Contract terms

Commercial Manager

Pricing · Value · Performance bond

Methodology Lead

Technical · Delivery · Programme

These reviewers strengthen sections without ever shortening them.

7

You receive a complete, branded pack.

When the pack is ready, you get:

  • Submission folder — every required form filled, every section in your branding, every TOC populated, ready to submit.
  • Internal Documents folder — cover letter, bid summary, compliance checklist, compliance matrix (xlsx).
  • Client Documents folder — every attachment from the tender preserved verbatim.
  • Clarifications folder — drafted clarification questions ready to submit to the issuing authority, with rationale and recommended response handling.
  • Risk Review — full review of the contract with every risk identified and ranked from high to low, with mitigation guidance per item.

Every file is named consistently, numbered and branded.

8

You review and submit with confidence.

You get the pack on your desktop, in your branding, with a clear audit trail of how every section was produced. The bid lands at approximately 80% complete — the heavy lifting is done. Drafting, compliance mapping, structure, evidence and branding are all in place.

Your internal team handles the final 20%: last-minute commercial calls, recent project specifics that aren't in your library yet, and a confidence read before lodgement. We sit alongside you for any edits, clarifications or final polish.

— Your inputs

What you provide.

The shorter this list, the better, and most of it is one-time.

  • 01

    Your website and LinkedIn.

    Auto-fills most of the profile.

  • 02

    Your logo and brand colours.

Saved once, applied to every document we generate.

  • 03

Capability statements, certifications, org chart, key CVs.

Loaded once into your private library.

  • 04

    A few past performance records.

Ideally won bids in similar sectors.

  • 05

    The tender package.

    When a real opportunity arrives.

That's it. We do the rest.

— Security and protection

Your IP is protected by design, not by promise.

Isolated client profile

Your data sits behind row-level security and cannot leak to other clients.

Domain lock

Defence, aid and commercial work physically cannot cross-contaminate.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, on SOC 2-certified AWS infrastructure.

Virus-scanned uploads

Custom scanner + ClamAV before any file persists.

No model training on your data

Anthropic does not train on customer API content. 30-day retention, then deleted.

Immutable audit log

Every classification, gate and document generation is recorded.

Local outputs

Finished packs land on the consultant's desktop, not a public link. Distribution is on your terms.

— Right fit

Who Command Centre is for.

If you write technical tenders for government, defence, aid agencies, infrastructure operators or public-sector buyers, and you want bigger, faster, sharper responses without growing your bid team, Strategic Sales Support and the Command Centre are built for you.

We work especially well with organisations that:

  • 01
    Bid on complex multi-criteria evaluations.
  • 02
Are scaling and don't want to hire a full-time bid manager.
  • 03
Have strong delivery but uneven win rates.
  • 04
Need consistent, branded, compliance-grade documentation across every submission.
— See it in action

Want to see it on a real tender?

If you'd like to walk through the platform with a live bid you're working on, or one we can run as a worked example, we'll show you exactly how Command Centre would handle it, end to end, in a 30-minute call.
