What is in the bid pack?

Accepted Answer

A structured folder covering every part of a submission: the drafted submission response (Word + PDF, one file per tender section), combined submission pack, compliance matrix (Excel, multi-tab), risk review, clarifications list, evidence checklist, cover letter, bid summary, responsibility matrix (Excel) and build pack report. Total file count scales with tender complexity.

Unbranded vs branded, what is the difference?

Unbranded ships in clean default formatting with named yellow placeholders for the specific numbers, certifications and past performance you need to supply. Branded ships fully designed in your logo, colours and typography. Branded requires logo, brand guidelines and website URL.

Which AI models do you use?

Top-tier frontier models, including Anthropic's Claude. Not the cheap, outdated models other automated services rely on. The output reads like a senior bid writer wrote it because the underlying engine is the strongest available.

24 hours from documents received. We confirm scope quickly after your enquiry, then the clock starts once your RFP lands in the shared SharePoint folder.

How complete is the bid when delivered?

Approximately 80% complete. Drafting, compliance mapping, structure, evidence and branding are all in place. Your internal team handles the final 20%: last-minute commercial calls, recent project specifics and a final confidence read before lodgement.

Is my tender confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Files are shared via Microsoft SharePoint, enterprise-grade encryption in transit and at rest, native virus scanning, access-controlled sharing isolated per client. Your tender content is never used to train any AI model. Anthropic (our AI provider) does not train on customer API content and holds it for 30 days before deletion. We hold your documents and outputs for 30 days after delivery, then permanently delete. Mutual NDA available on request.

What do I need to send you?

Required for every pack: the full RFP document, plus any addenda, attachments and templates the issuer requires. Required for a branded pack: your logo, brand guidelines and website URL. Optional but recommended: previous winning tender responses, capability statement, past-performance write-ups, key personnel CVs. After the enquiry we send a shared SharePoint folder invite. Drop everything in there. Once the RFP documents land in the folder, the 24-hour clock starts.

What if the tender is large or multi-lot?

Multi-lot tenders (2-4 lots) are covered by a single pack. Very large tenders (5+ lots, or over 300 pages of RFP) may need scoping. Reach out with the tender details and we will size it within a day. Delivery may extend to 48 hours on the largest packs.
